Introduction
These General Conditions of Use (“GCU”) are intended to govern the use of features and services (“Services”) accessible on the website of EURL TEAM CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Site”).
For the purposes herein, the terms “you”, “your”, “User” refer to any user of the Services, consultant, attempted to consult or having consulted any element, of any nature whatsoever, of an html page, java applets or others, and/or accessing, attempted to access or having accessed any Service, regardless of the code and/or technology used and accessible via the Site.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these general terms of use. Please read these conditions carefully before use and/or acceptance. If applicable, certain Services may be subject to additional specific conditions. If you choose to use these Services, you agree to be contractually bound and to comply with these additional conditions.

Article 2. Access to Services
To use the Services, you may be required to complete all fields indicated for this purpose on the Site. Team Consulting reserves the right to delete any file containing incomplete or incorrect information.
By using the Services, you warrant not to upload, provide or publish in any way offensive, illegal or otherwise harmful information that may infringe upon the rights, harm or threaten the security of any person. You are solely responsible for the information and content you provide to Team Consulting through the Services, and you warrant the accuracy of this information and content. Accordingly, when communicating with us, you declare and warrant that you are the author of the exchanged content, do not impersonate another person, do not use a false email address, and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
To benefit from all the Services, you acknowledge having the equipment and connection necessary to access the Internet, if applicable to mobile telecommunication networks. You are informed and acknowledge that the conditions of your contracts with third parties, in particular access providers or mobile operators, continue to apply when accessing our Services, so it is possible that these third parties may charge you for connections (incoming or outgoing voice or data) during your use of the Services. The corresponding fees remain solely at your expense.
Article 3. Liability
Team Consulting, its officers and/or employees, cannot be held liable for any damage arising from a connection and/or use of the Site and/or any Service.
3.1 Confidentiality of Communications via Internet and other Networks
As communications via the Internet and other telecommunications networks (especially when accessed via any mobile connectivity device) are not, by default, secure, Team Consulting cannot be held responsible for any interception, whether intentional or unintentional, by a third party of any message and/or information exchanged between Team Consulting and you.

The Services are, in principle, accessible 24/7, except for interruptions, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure. Being subject to an obligation of means, Team Consulting cannot be held responsible for any damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from unavailability of the Services.
